Shipping Policies – SHE BY GLENNYS
At SHE BY GLENNYS we work to ensure your shopping experience is reliable and transparent. Therefore, we share our shipping policies with you:
1. Packaging and Delivery to the Shipping Company All orders are carefully processed and delivered to the selected shipping company (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another), along with their corresponding tracking number.
2. Package Responsibility Once the package has been delivered to the shipping company and the tracking number has been issued, all responsibility for handling, delivery time, loss, or damage falls on that company.
3. Shipment Tracking The customer will receive an email or message with their tracking number so they can follow the status of their order directly from the selected shipping company's platform.
4. Delays or Losses SHE BY GLENNYS is not responsible for delays, losses, damages, or packages marked as delivered but not received. These cases must be handled directly with the shipping company using the tracking number provided.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address It is the customer's responsibility to correctly enter their shipping address. In the event that the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Optional Insurance If you wish to insure your package against loss or damage, please notify us before placing your order, so we can add the insurance cost to your total purchase.
